Let Me Tell You Something: One Veteran Edge Rusher Away From A Ring
About this episode
Sal passionately discusses the need for the Packers to sign veteran edge rusher Joey Bosa.
🚨 BIG SAL IS LOSING HIS MIND 🚨 Sal pulled up the free agent board with his morning coffee and nearly spit a bagel across the kitchen — Joey Bosa is STILL unsigned in May, and Brian Gutekunst hasn't picked up the phone. With Micah Parsons rehabbing an ACL and Jonathan Gannon's rotational pass rush built on fresh bodies, how is the most available veteran edge rusher in football not in green and gold yet? 🔥 What Sal Hammers In This Rant: The numbers Buffalo got for $12.6M last year — 5 forced fumbles (NFL leader), PFF's 7th-best pass-rush grade (88.7), 15 of 17 games played The generator-in-the-shed metaphor for trusting ONE elite pass rusher in a Super Bowl window The ice-fishing breakdown of why veterans matter in Gannon's scheme over Van Ness, Sorrell, and rookie Dani Dennis-Sutton The wild family connection that proves this signing is FATE (hint: a former Packer is in the Bosa bloodline) 🏈 Bottom Line: $8-9M on a one-year prove-it deal is the cheapest insurance policy in the NFC North arms race. Bring Joey Bosa to 1265 Lombardi Avenue. PERIOD. 📞 If this rant fires you up — subscribe, leave a 5-star review, and tell a friend! #GoPackGo #Packers #JoeyBosa #PackerNation…
