A few years ago, I traveled through Namibia. In a remote Himba village called Okamuue, John and I recorded one of my very first podcast episodes ever. At the time, I had no idea that this single conversation would later change the lives of hundreds of people. Because someone listened. A woman in a position of influence heard the episode, learned that the community had no access to clean water, and decided to act. Today, because of that podcast, a borehole has been drilled in the middle of the village — bringing clean drinking water to around 600 people. This episode is about far more than water.
