Welcome to Episode 148 of Praestabilis: Excellence in Marketing Welcome to Episode #148 of Praestabilis: Excellence in Marketing” Today I’m discussing “Motivation: Intrinsic or Extrinsic?” I believe that our businesses are based on the concept of serving others. When you start on online (or even a brick and mortar) business, your goal is to serve others with what you know and to benefit in multiple ways, including by earning an excellent income. I’m sharing several examples in this podcast about my own and experiences with clients over the years.   ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ This morning I was reading the message written by outgoing Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy. In it, he stated that his “parting prescription” for the American people is to cultivate a strong sense of community to help themselves and others.
