She has led the development of a robust Extended Learning Opportunities program that connects students with real-world experiences through local partnerships. This work has significantly enhanced student engagement and achievement, particularly in a rural setting. An active member and former facilitator of the NASSP Rural School Leaders Network, she contributes to national efforts focused on student-centered leadership and school improvement. In her eight years as an administrator, she thrives on collaboration. She advocates for equity and innovation in rural education and continues to lead with the belief that every student deserves access to high-quality learning experiences that begin with a strong and positive school culture.
