This episode explores how to navigate life's unexpected interruptions by asking whether they are lessons or blessings.
What if life’s biggest interruptions aren’t asking you to be positive… but simply to stay curious? This week, we’re talking about one small question that’s been quietly changing the way I move through unexpected moments: Is this a lesson… or is it a blessing? Because sometimes life follows the plan. And sometimes it turns into triangle, purple, and pancake. Maybe the goal isn’t controlling what happens next. Maybe it’s learning how to meet it. 🌱 When your plans turn into “triangle, purple, and pancake” — and why that’s become one of my favorite ways to describe life’s surprises. 🏋️ Stop lifting someone else’s weight — your progress doesn’t have to look like theirs. 🤝 The real blessing might be your spotter — someone who’s cheering you on without doing the work for you. 🛗 Yes… I got stuck in an elevator for an hour. Turns out it wasn’t the worst thing that happened that day. 📱 Being forced to stop led to one of the most productive hours I’d had all week. 💬 What finally made me send the email instead of shrugging and saying, “It’s probably fine.” ❤️ Some things aren’t blessings. And pretending they are doesn’t help anyone. 🧠 Looking for the lesson isn’t toxic positivity…
