For the first time ever, Australia has clinched gold at the Curling World Championships. Mixed team curlers Dean Hewitt and Tahli Gill will be bringing home slightly heavier luggage when they return to Australia with a pair of freshly minted gold medals in their pockets after recording an 8-4 victory at the event in Switzerland.
