About this episode

The episode discusses God's justice in response to the prophet Habakkuk's questions about evil and injustice in the world.

Please note: this recording has some technical difficulties. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve the issue. As we continue in with the Habakkuk: How Long, O Lord? series, the focus shifts from the prophet’s questions to God’s justice. In Habakkuk 2:6-20, God pronounces a series of “woes” against the evil and injustice that seem to dominate the world. These words remind us that God is neither blind to sin nor indifferent to it. In a world filled with greed, violence, and idolatry, we are called to see things as God sees them…and to trust that he will ultimately make all things right.
