If you have a Christian brother or sister you really appreciate, what do you say to them? On one hand, you might be reluctant to praise them too highly, because they might become proud. But on the other hand, if you don’t say anything, you’re not really encouraging them as you should. Today, Pastor John has the solution. It’s the same solution illustrated by the apostle Paul: Tell them that you thank God for them. That way, you’re saying the encouraging things you want, but you’re giving the credit to God.
