About this episode

Jay Bakker discusses his struggles with time blindness and ADHD while emphasizing the importance of self-care and community support.

I’ve been wrestling with time blindness, especially living with ADHD. I’ve got clocks everywhere, yet I still find myself running late. It’s a wild ride trying to balance kids’ activities, work, and everything in between! But here’s the kicker - I’m learning to build in some breathing room. Remember that it’s okay to not always be early. Focus on what makes you feel good and stay present. Finding support through podcasts and conversations with others facing similar challenges has been a game-changer for me. Happy Pride Month! 🌈 Let’s celebrate our journeys together!
