This sermon explores the vision of Peter and the encounter with Cornelius, highlighting the breaking down of barriers between Jews and Gentiles in the context of the gospel.

Peter is praying on a rooftop when a strange vision interrupts him — unclean animals, a voice telling him to eat, and no explanation why. Miles away, a Roman centurion named Cornelius has already seen an angel of his own. Neither man knows what God is doing until their stories collide, and the wall between Jew and Gentile comes down for good. Christ is Lord of all — and he shows no partiality. In this sermon we follow Peter to Cornelius's house and watch the gospel reach further than anyone expected.
