What they wanted felt right, but it came with consequences they couldn’t see. This Sunday, we’ll explore how our hearts can drift toward trusting in what feels secure, visible, and familiar instead of trusting in God as our true King. And ultimately, we’ll see how even in our misplaced desires, God was preparing the way for the King we truly need—Jesus.
