Ren is also Neurodivergent, she works for The Soil Association as Head of Wales – Farming and Land Use, and Ren also has her own business providing neurodivergent coaching, training and advocacy. That business is called ‘Harvesting Potential’. Ren co-founded the brand new ‘Rural Neurodivergent Network’, a nationwide WhatsApp group to facilitate individuals diagnosed, suspecting, or supporting those who are neurodivergent, to “Find Their Tribe!”.
