This story is one of my favourites. Taken from Elliott O'Donnell's Scottish Ghost stories, published 1911. This collection of stories was gifted to me as a child and I still have them to this day. One that particularly scared me was the Floating Head of Benrachett Inn, so listen in as I tell you a tale that made the adolescent hair on the back of my neck stand on end.
