About this episode
This episode explores the concept of insecurity as a habit rather than a personal flaw, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and stepping out of negative thought patterns.
Most people experience insecurity as something personal—as if it’s part of who they are. But what if it’s not a flaw at all, just a habit that’s been practiced over time? In this episode, I introduce what I call the stream of insecurity-driven thinking—the state where your thoughts feel urgent, convincing, and hard to step away from. The key isn’t to fight those thoughts, but to recognize when you’re in the stream. Because in that moment, you still have a choice. And while habits are stubborn and will continue to pull you back in, learning to step out of the stream—again and again—is how real change begins.
