As a child, he kept the strange sights, including nebulous forms appearing outside his windows and demonic faces peering out from solid walls to himself hoping they would simply go away. Unfortunately, they did not. There eventually came a lull in activity, but years later, when he moved to Texas, Mitchell saw an apparition so striking that, at first, he mistook it for a flesh-and-blood human...
