The episode discusses ways to cope with grief and offers personal insights on emotional healing.
Is there anything that will help my grief? We've all be there. In fact, you might be there now. Things seem like they will never get better. Grief does that to us. Those of us who are no strangers to it know that it takes a LONG (very long!) time to rebuild our lives and start pulling ourselves out of the funk. The good news is that there is a lot we can be doing to help restore our weary souls. Tune in to hear some of the things that have worked for me. After nearly 11 years, I can finally say that I'm in a much better place emotionally. You will get there.
