
This episode discusses trust in God versus wealth, emphasizing patience and perseverance as taught in the Book of James.
This week, we are asking the question “What or Whom do you trust?” Verses 1-6 talk about those that put their trust in wealth and money and the consequences of that false god. Verses 7-12 encourages us to trust instead in the one true God in patience and perseverance and we’ll talk about the final section at the end of our time together today. “Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains.
