Fuelled from the origins of trad Jazz, Enhanced after the late sixties early Seventies R&B artists assigned to such labels as Stax, Blue Note & Philly! Little did the baby boomers know that all of these elements of the good groove would merge together to collaborate further fuelled by the sign of those times to create the true definitive sounds of the 1970s. Remember back then there was room for all genres… But the unique Soul sound was too influential to contain from within an underworld from were it came as the then current sounds were moving right under your feet, Projecting music lovers towards the sounds of the streets. Bubbling away within a unique sub genre of Rhythms forged of harmonies and Bass that was often revered for fear of its suggestive un-mainstream hormones & tones that dared to not conform, judge, segregate or shun! regardless of race, gender or musical preference or social elegance.
