Bruce Brown is a retired Tennessee law enforcement officer whose career spanned decades in public service, including roles as a patrolman, deputy sheriff, patrol sergeant, detective, chief of narcotics, and other leadership positions. Throughout his time in law enforcement, Bruce responded to reports involving unexplained creatures, including Bigfoot and Dogman sightings, giving him firsthand insight into how these extraordinary cases were documented, investigated, and, in some instances, quietly handled behind the scenes. His unique background allows him to approach these encounters with the trained eye of an investigator while drawing on years of experience separating fact from fiction. Bruce's own experiences with the mysterious began while hunting, when he observed what he believes was a Dogman from his tree stand. A few years later, while searching for wild ginseng, he had an even more intense face-to-face encounter with a creature he describes as a Dogman or werewolf—an experience so unsettling that he believes it eventually followed him home.
