It's important to be aware of what we're doing that creates what we want in our life so we can keep doing it. For decades I've had the thought in meditation that the further along I got, the better my life would be, and the more powerful the distractions would be. Right now, things are going really well for me. It's tempting to focus my attention on the new clients, the new opportunities, improved family health and the like. I love all that and will follow through on all of it. What I don't do is forget and stop what has created this benefit in my life. All the benefit is the product of meditating daily for over 40 years and acting on the uplifting inspiration I've received in meditation. Often, it's important to remind ourselves of what we know. What works for you, works for you. It doesn't matter if you're the only person that works for. Never let anyone talk you out of doing what works for you. I offer thought coaching. Part of what I do is help people identify and build on what they're already doing that works. Win/win thinking is something that is available to everyone that uplifts us all.
