In the children's story Home Sweet Home, a character named Hen decides to renovate her plain white house with a fresh coat of red paint. While she leaves the property to find a ladder, her helpful animal friends arrive and decide to assist with the project using different colors. Cow applies a sky-blue shade, Pig adds a layer of sunny yellow, and Duck contributes a grassy green hue to the exterior. Upon her return, Hen discovers that her home has been transformed into a vibrant rainbow of colors instead of the solid red she initially planned.
