Even the salary story is clear: roles in the ₹50 lakh+ band grew around 55%, with strong demand for specialized, senior talent.In this episode, I break down what's actually happening in the job market and three things you can do about it:Don't switch away from your domain — layer AI on top of it. A finance person who knows banking AND can direct AI is far more valuable than a generic engineer building the same tool.Build proof, not just certifications.
