Sinnott explains that dyslexia has shaped how he works, learns and sells. While reading and writing have often been difficult, his oral memory and problem-solving skills have been strengths. AI tools, he says, are now helping reduce the impact of some of those weaknesses. “I think in 41 years of business, I am now more efficient and less challenged than I’ve ever been,” says Sinnott.
