About this episode
Pastor Tim Bittle explores the personal relationship with Jesus as the Shepherd who protects and restores us.
In Week 3 of our series, we continue answering the most important question Jesus ever asked in Mark 8:27-29: “Who do you say I am?” After seeing Him as Messiah and the Lamb of God, we now discover a deeply personal truth—I call Him my Shepherd. In this message, Pastor Tim unpacks what it means to not just know about Jesus, but to experience Him as the One who protects, leads, and restores our lives. Through passages like 1 Peter 2:22-25 and Psalm 23, we’re reminded that we are the sheep—and we desperately need a Shepherd. One who stands between us and the enemy, guides us with peace, and comes after us when we wander. No matter where you’ve been or how far you’ve drifted, Jesus is still pursuing you, ready to bring you home. What do you call Him—and have you experienced Him as your Shepherd?
