About this episode

Elena Rybakina wins her first Australian Open title, while the episode previews the upcoming men's championship match between Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic.

Elena Rybakina has outgunned two-time champion Aryna Sabalenka to score her first Australian Open crown and her second major title. Tennis Australia’s head of game analysis Simon Rea joins Brett Thomas and Jon Hoevenaars to pick apart Rybakina’s performance and diagnose what went wrong for Sabalenka. The trio also previews Sunday’s highly anticipated men’s championship match between Carlos Alcaraz, who’s aiming to become the youngest player to win the career Grand Slam, and Novak Djokovic, who’s gunning for a record 25th major title at the ripe old age of 38. Plus, AO Radio's Nat Edwards recaps the men’s semifinals from the electric Day 13 and wraps the women’s and men’s doubles finals from earlier on Day 14. Check out Pod Laver Arena every day of the AO.
