Today's guest, Emmy-winning meteorologist turned podcast host and productivity coach, Ted Phaeton, knew something was missing in his life. He had a great career. He got the recognition he craved. But he didn't have true autonomy and freedom and it was eating at him. Ted realized he became too attached to his identity as a meteorologist. Meteorology wasn't his only skill.
