About this episode

The episode features a discussion with Justin Ellis about his new book and various sports topics.

Fellow Defector Justin Ellis joins Drew and Roth! They talk about his upcoming book, The Cruelty of Nice Folks: Why Minneapolis Is the Story of America, and how Justin thinks it relates to the latest primaries. But first, Drew’s got a good old fashioned rant he needs to get off his chest. Then, they talk sports – is Justin excited about LaMelo Ball joining the Timberwolves, or skeptical? And, same question but with new Vikings starter Kyler Murray. Finally, they open up the funbag to figure out how long it takes to finish off a bottle of absinthe and a pumice stone.
