In this weeks grief anon, here are the submission's we heard: "I used to get comfort from visiting my Dad's grave and now I don't. I feel guilty for not going back" "I feel like no one understands the physical side of grief. My brain has ceased to function and I'm facing the physical effects of my loss" "I just started antidepressants and feel guilty that I don't cry as much for my Dad everyday" Some really nuanced and important submissions here and I really hope I did my best!
