(From Rothe’sAnalecta, p.391) THESE were citizens of Wexford and pious Catholics. With the aid of some other Catholic sailors, they had secretly carried over to France a certain Father of the Society of Jesus, and some of the priests and laymen who were driven from their native country on account of their faith.
