Now, it’s taking on its final challenge: driving Osprey home across the Atlantic, one last time. Out of respect for its legacy, I’m not asking more of it than it can give. I’m reefed down through this last weather system, running a reaching headsail to keep the pace without flogging the main. I want it to finish this journey with dignity.
