The EFL season is finally over and clubs are looking ahead to what comes next! Gillingham have underachieved and underperformed again, and now need to look towards building up again next season. But who will lead this team in doing so? In this episode, Tom looks at what makes a good leader, whether there are any natural leaders left in this squad and asks whether we need to recruit a new captain in the summer.
