Dames, United States Army (ret.), is a highly decorated military intelligence officer and an original member of the U.S. Army’s prototype remote viewing training program. He served as both the training and operations officer for the U.S. government’s TOP SECRET psychic espionage unit. A ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Major Dames was an electronic warfare officer and scientific and technical intelligence officer from 1979 to 1983. He is recognized as one of the most distinguished military intelligence officers in recent U.S. history, having received three medals during his service in the U.S. Army.
