Here’s the thing: it’s complicated, so the boys brought in Brett Hastings, attorney extraordinaire, to explain a bit of it in a way we can all understand. This is a MUST-LISTEN for anyone who fishes our waters or benefits from recreational fishing in any way – which is all of us. But this story goes beyond the legal aspects, so the boys brought in Dr. Darin Willingham to talk about it, too. He talked about the fisheries and the effects of the injunction on local recreational anglers as well as the economic impact on the community. Of course, we’re all trying to figure out what to do next. Unfortunately, it’s time to wait for all the other parties to move forward.
