Born in Collingdale, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia , RC Allison’s passion for music began at a young age after hearing The Beatles’ Second Album. Inspired by that early moment, he began learning guitar using a Stella acoustic and Mel Bay instructional books, eventually expanding into piano and bass while immersing himself in the sounds of the 1960s and 1970s rock era . As he grew, RC honed his craft performing in cover bands across the South Jersey club scene, where he developed his skills as a vocalist and bassist . Influenced by legendary artists such as David Bowie, Mott the Hoople, Bad Company, and Neil Young, RC’s songwriting reflects a blend of classic rock attitude and personal storytelling.
