We saw how even the divine moves through action, as Hanuman created the moment for the Goddess to leave Raavan, shifting the balance of the war. Ram and Raavan clashed with unstoppable force, and in the end, guided by truth and knowledge, Ram struck Raavan at the source of his life and ended it. We saw Raavan fall, and with him, the fear that had gripped the worlds came to an end. But victory did not come with pride. We witnessed Ram’s compassion as he honored even his fallen enemy.
