It starts with recognizing that a skill you already have can solve a problem that many people are struggling with. My guest today, Renee Hastings, built a business around exactly that realization. After years of working behind the scenes as an executive assistant supporting high level leaders, Renee developed a deep understanding of something many entrepreneurs struggle with: the ability to organize priorities, manage complexity, and most importantly, delegate. Over time she realized that the very skills she had been using to support executives internally could help entrepreneurs everywhere reclaim their time and focus on what truly matters.
