This week pastor Glenn will take us further into Mark chapter 7, with the story about an interaction between Jesus and a woman whose child is possessed by a demon. This is a pivotal moment in the gospel of Mark and in the ministry of Jesus. Moving beyond the Sea of Galilee and His primary ministry hub in Capernaum, Jesus enters a region that—while physically close—is culturally and religiously distinct from the Jewish world where He has been preaching.
