On today's show, A new July 2026 campaign poll shows that nearly 56% of New Orleans voters believe the city is on the right track, marking a massive shift in public sentiment compared to last year. The survey, paid for by the campaign of Mayor Helena Moreno and conducted by Greg Rigamer’s BDPC, LLC, found that only 31% of respondents still feel the city is on the wrong track. Lolo, the host and creator of On The Stoop, a weekly English Premier League fan show, joins Scoot to talk about Spain's FIFA World Cup championship win. A 63-year-old diner is suing a Waffle House in Pennsylvania, alleging he sustained severe injuries after an "improperly installed" toilet seat tipped over and threw him to the floor. The plaintiff filed a six-figure lawsuit in Harrisburg federal court, claiming the fall caused "permanent" injuries. “The Odyssey” was released this week, and it shot to the top of the box office in spite of harsh criticism from the conservative right.
