The Church Supports The 2nd Amendment?! | Isaac Botkin
About this episode
Seth Gruber discusses the Second Amendment and its implications in a Christian context with guest Isaac Botkin.
In today’s episode, Seth Gruber talks with Isaac Botkin, co-owner of T.REX ARMS, about why the Second Amendment matters in a Christian society and how the right to self-defense connects to the imago Dei. They unpack whether gun ownership is compatible with biblical Christianity, when lethal force can be morally justified, and why protecting innocent life can be understood as fundamentally pro-life. The conversation also looks at one of the darkest lessons of the 20th century: governments slaughtering their own citizens on a massive scale. Seth and Isaac discuss what happens when governments gain unchecked power, why an armed population matters, and how Christians should think about defending their families, neighbors, and communities.
