SPANISH GIN AND TONIC RECIPE: 2oz/60ml GIN 4oz/120ml TONIC WATER 5-10 JUNIPER BERRIES 1 wheel LEMON 1 sprig THYME Pour gin into a wine glass filled 3/4 with ice. Top with tonic and stir gently.
