The usual crew — John Hoover, Ryan Chapman, Carson Field and Ryan Aber — returned to dive into the start of talking season, which was kicked off at Big 12 Media Days. They previewed what OU could have in store for everyone in a couple of weeks when the Sooners head to SEC Media Days in Tampa, and previewed the biggest offseason questions facing the program as fall camp is under a month away from starting. Oklahoma also picked up a pair of recruits before the holiday weekend, which helped bolster the 2027 class and got things underway in 2028.
