“Not a hunk of cheese”
About this episode
Tony discusses sports highlights including the Nats' loss, UNC's win, and interviews Michael Wilbon and Steve Sands.
Tony opens the show by talking about being back from Delaware and his last night out there. And he also talks about the Nats losing late (again), and about UNC’s win over TCU and the Ravens crushing the Commanders in the final preseason game. Michael Wilbon calls in to talk about Novak Djokovic losing in the first round at the US Open and also about a shipping company that sent his sons college stuff to Martha’s Vineyard instead of California, and about an event he’s doing with Steph Curry. Steve Sands calls in to talk about Scottie Scheffler winning at East Lake and taking the Tour Championship, and likely solidifying his case for Player of the Year, and Tony closes out the show by opening up the Mailbag.
