About this episode

The episode celebrates the raunchy coming-of-age film SUMMER OF '69 and discusses themes of identity and humor in female-led narratives.

"I found my sexual fairy godmother in a strip club." Women-led teen sex comedies are nearly non-existent, which is why The Wives Colangelo are gleefully celebrating Jillian Bell's raunchy coming-of-age flick, SUMMER OF '69. Let's talk about fairy godstrippers, hiding your identity behind a persona, and adding Chloe Fineman to the ever-growing list of hilarious hot girls Hollywood isn't ready for. -------- Become a Patron! https://www.patreon.com/thisendsatprom -------- MONTHLY SPOTLIGHT Athlete Ally: https://www.athleteally.org -------- Social Media Plugs @ThisEndsAtProm @BJColangelo @HarmonyColangelo ---------- Logo Design: Haley Doodles @HaleyDoodleDo Theme Song: The Sonder Bombs 'Title': https://thesonderbombs.bandcamp.com/
