WHAT’S NEXT FOR ME – Part 3 “Embrace Your Identity” One of the hardest things for many people to do after returning to the Lord is learning to stop seeing yourself through the eyes of your past. Many people come home to God, they’re able to remain faithful, but still carry the mindset of the far country or the life they left behind. But if you still see yourself like that then you really haven’t left it all the way behind. Many still see failure before they see grace. Still see shame before they see mercy. Still define themselves by who they were instead of by who God says they are now. That’s why this next step matters so much: Today the Lord says it’s time you Embrace your identity.
