When God Whispers 1 Kings 19:11-12 “And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.” Have you ever stood in the quietness of pine trees just after sunrise? The world seems to pause for a moment. The only sound is the gentle breeze weaving its way through the tall pines. There is no rush, no commotion, no fanfare—just the soft whisper of the wind moving from one tree to another. It isn’t loud enough to demand your attention, but if you become still, you can’t help but notice it.
