He was an author, inspirational speaker, lifelong runner, founder of the running store Phidippedes, and the inventor of the run/walk /run method, which allowed him to work with and mentor over 300,000 runners. A friend of THNX and countless others, Jeff passed away last week and is survived by his wife Barbara and their two adult sons.
