The caller identified himself as a local judge and ordered that the bond for inmate Demond Lynn Delahoussaye Sr. be reduced to "released on recognizance". A staff member complied, and by June, Delahoussaye walked out a free man. The caller, however, was not a judge; it was 42-year-old Adrian James St. Romain.
