The episode reviews the split of the X-Men as they face threats from Bastion and Magneto.
The X-Men are split between two major threats. Bastion is still pushing his Prime Sentinel agenda, while Magneto, traumatized by Genosha and betrayed by humanity, takes matters into his own hands by shutting down the world’s technology with a massive electromagnetic attack. The team divides into classic Blue Team and Gold Team style missions: one group goes after Bastion, while the other heads to Asteroid M to confront Magneto!
