A routine drive through Appalachia suddenly transports a mother 30 minutes away with virtually no time passing. A family encounters a gigantic black wolf-like creature that appears to affect time differently for people sitting in the front and back seats of the same car. A late-night bathroom trip reveals a stranger standing in the mirror, along with an entirely different 1950s-style bathroom that vanishes just as quickly as it appeared.
