Holding the line, location sharing & is optimization culture making us miserable?!

This week on Two Parents & A Podcast, we are SO BACK (lol… we're feeling like this is our first full on episode back since having Rocky 🥹) And we're getting into a bunch of stuff. A big one: "holding the line" as parents, especially around bedtime (our ask: this this necessary?!), and the broader conversation of rule vs. suggestion (and the importance of being consistent… which is something we needed to talk to OURSELVES about hahaha). Off the top we get into optimization culture: Harrison did a 36-hour fast this week (per his longevity doctor!!), which spirals into a bigger convo about how we've all gone a LITTLE too far. Like, you have two glasses of wine and now it takes you 3 days to recover?! Steven Bartlett, we love you, but come on. Our take: live in the middle (a "moderate 365"… not a hard 75!). Then we get into the great location sharing debate (a la the Summer House reunion). Harrison’s take: you should you share your location ALL the time or NEVER (also like is it the new moral compass?!) Plus the rest of our Summer House reunion thoughts (we feel for Kyle now?!). Plus, why kids freeze up when you tell them to "say hi" (& what to do instead!), teaching street safety…
